What does One Ticket Less do?
One Ticket Less is IT service management (ITSM) software from Cipherstacks. Employees raise problems, equipment requests and access requests. Approvers review the business need, technicians handle the work, and managers follow ownership and service targets. The ticket retains the conversation and the decisions that explain its progress.
Configure the service, not just the ticket title
Set up service locations, equipment types, request fields and service catalogues through administration. Infrastructure and Applications can have different request forms and different policies. A VPN request can follow an access-provisioning route without requiring a physical laptop handover.
Approval routes and technician assignment are separate decisions: who authorizes a request does not have to be the person who fulfils it. Follow the service catalogue setup guide.
Keep people and equipment connected
A ticket can connect an employee to the equipment issued to them. Asset records track custody, location, handover and return history. Shared-room and department equipment can be recorded separately from personally assigned laptops. When someone leaves, IT records the actual return rather than treating account deletion as proof that equipment has been recovered.
Measure the work with context
Use service targets, calendars, ticket history and technician performance reports to review where requests wait and who completed the work. Review the metric definition before comparing teams: request volume, resolution time and employee confirmation describe different parts of service delivery.
Configure SLA targets and working calendars or review technician performance reporting.
Deployment and scope
The initial deployment model is a separate installation and database per company. Agree the server, domain, email setup, backup ownership and support arrangements during the installation discussion. One Ticket Less is a service-management product; it does not replace a VPN gateway or promise unrestricted automation of every business system.
